Design Description
The vessel is a diesel- or gas turbine-powered passenger/car catamaran vessel.
It is designed with a disposable load of 105 ton carrying approximately 400
passengers and 45 cars. loading/unloading through stern gate. The water jet
propulsion system gives the 55 meter catamaran a high degree of maneuverability,
shallow draught, minimal wash and wake signatures, high propulsive efficiency at
all speed, and with the protected impeller little chance of damage from
waterborne debris.
