Crisis Management
We specialize in crisis assistance and management. The principals have years of
experience in the passenger ship operation, sale and charter. as well as the
crisis handling aspect. This experience dates back to the “Scandinavian Star”
fire where one of the principals where in the midst of the insurance settlement
management task force, appointed to compensate passengers for loss of life,
vehicles and personal belongings.
Recently we were called upon by the Federal Emergency Administration and state
emergency authorities to assist in housing and continued business after the
hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast, to sustain operation for two
Universities. Two cruise ship where chartered to accommodate housing for
students and staff in Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
